Position: Workshop Manager We are looking for a Workshop Manager with completed high school education and experience in mechanical services. The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver's license, possess strong leadership skills, be capable of diagnosing defects, and demonstrate commitment to quality and punctuality. Responsibilities include leading the technician team, evaluating diagnostics, testing vehicles before and after repairs, preparing estimates, and distributing tasks among the team to ensure organization and efficiency in workshop operations. The company offers a monthly salary of R$ 2\.500,00, plus a performance-based bonus on service revenue upon meeting targets, health insurance, and two daily transportation passes.
