Description:
We are seeking professionals with:
* Academic Qualification: Master's Degree or Doctorate;
* Mandatory Bachelor's Degree/Specialization: Psychology;
* Strong communication skills, ability to build student relationships, adaptability, and flexibility;
* Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams;
* A current Lattes curriculum vitae is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria.
Note: Your preferred assignment will be at the unit where you are hired, and your available teaching hours must remain assigned to that unit.
The main challenges for the Assistant Professor I \- Observation Techniques and Objective Tests \- Aracaju role are:
* Act as the primary agent in implementing the pedagogical proposal of our Educational Institutions, facilitating the learning process, delivering the full course syllabus, conducting the scheduled number of classes, and consistently stimulating students' interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge;
* Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage use of the course's bibliographic resources through consultation of books and periodicals available in the library, thereby supporting critical and reflective learning;
* Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as requests from your respective course coordinator;
* Record attendance, class content, academic activity results, and other information related to curricular components in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar;
* Contribute to preparatory activities for the ENADE exam;
* Guide students in their undergraduate thesis projects;
* Apply active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering classes
