We are looking for a professional to work at the front desk of a sophisticated beauty and bridal maison, providing a warm and enchanting experience for every customer. **Location:** Salgado Filho Neighborhood – Aracaju/SE **Schedule:** **Monday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM** Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM **Compensation:** **Salary: R$ 1\.621,00** Transportation Allowance: R$ 216,00 **Main Responsibilities:** **Provide in-person and online service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and telephone;** Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate professionals’ timetables; **Greet customers and their companions courteously and excellently;** Assist with contract finalization and sales of additional services; **Process payments, issue invoices, and perform cash register closing;** Monitor appointment confirmations and post-sale follow-up; **Maintain a tidy, elegant, and welcoming reception area;** Support marketing initiatives and monitor products displayed at reception. **Requirements:** **Excellent verbal and written communication skills;** Professional appearance and demeanor; **Organization, proactivity, and emotional intelligence;** Aptitude for public service and social media; **Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;** Experience with scheduling systems is a plus; **Commercial mindset and consultative sales skills;** Interest in the beauty industry and premium service.
