Acts as a bridge between technological systems and human interaction, guaranteeing stable, secure operations aligned with company standards. Main responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, train, guide, and evaluate operators; provide feedback; monitor performance; and organize work schedules and timetables. Operational Supervision: Monitor activities at the Operations Center, ensuring correct execution of access release procedures (video, app, facial recognition) and excellence in customer service. Technical Support: Ensure proper handling of Porter system tickets (software, cameras, IP intercoms), acting as escalation point for technological failures and incidents. Security Management: Monitor access logs, audits, and access history, proposing continuous improvements to enhance condominium security. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows and in the experience of residents, building managers, and clients. Service Quality: Ensure the team delivers efficient, secure service aligned with the use of the Porter app for authorizations and communication. Role Mission: Guarantee Operations Center results by leading shifts, managing KPIs, and ensuring direct alignment with management and executive leadership. Additional Responsibilities: • Integrated management of all operational shifts • Control of schedules, timekeeping, performance, and goals • Creation, updating, and standardization of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) • Rapid response to incidents and decision-making • Relationship management with strategic clients • Continuous team development ### **Prerequisites** "Previous experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership. Basic understanding of operational metrics (MTA, SLA, productivity, quality). Ability to create and revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Ability to analyze reports, incidents, and access data. Active leadership and ability to guide teams. Quick decision-making, especially during incidents. Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication. Organization, process focus, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a systemic perspective.
