Support for demands related to Scheduled Shutdowns and Modifications of Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units
**Responsibilities:**
* Technically evaluate and propose alternatives for improvements or correction of deviations in projects, installation, and commissioning of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Develop engineering planning and advise budget control teams on planning activities, identification and distribution of active demands, as well as submission of justifications for deviations in the approved project portfolio;
* Prepare engineering cost objects for active projects, according to priority;
* Prepare studies for detailing Engineering Service Orders and SAP network diagrams associated with Projects;
* Lead the preparation of maintenance reports and indices for modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Identify activities to be performed during pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown phases, according to specialty;
* Prepare planning and engineering graphics and reports for modifications of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Perform engineering surveys and calculations, if applicable;
* Prepare engineering planning studies, including a planning manual containing, at minimum, detailed descriptions of all resources, drawings, equipment documents, and facility documentation required for full understanding and execution of planned tasks;
* Design Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS);
* Establish dependencies among tasks and modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Identify resources required to execute each task in the planning of fertilizer and chemical gas unit projects;
* Prepare, update, and analyze schedules for modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Identify critical path activities of projects;
* Prepare and update portfolio curves for engineering projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Prepare and update curves for each Improvement Project of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Analyze the portfolio of modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Identify deviations between baseline and updated schedules for modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Prepare earned value calculations;
* Lead the Planning Team for Services related to Improvement Projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Prepare and distribute performance reports for the project portfolio of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
* Monitor, control, and evaluate portfolio performance, including risk analysis and development of risk response plans;
* Supervise activities related to projects, processes, and those governed by CONFEA Resolution 218, if applicable;
* Prepare and estimate initial costs for new modification projects of fertilizer and chemical gas units;
**Education:**
Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management or equivalent
Minimum proven experience of over 7 years in maintenance management and planning activities.
Desirable experience of at least 5 years in operational units for gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants, and/or petrochemical facilities.
**Salary:** R$ 20.471,94 with possible hazard pay allowance
