#### **About the position:** We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to work at our Lagarto unit, responsible for leading and supervising daily operational activities. The professional will be a key player in ensuring process efficiency, quality, and safety, managing teams and resources to achieve established goals. This position requires a strong leadership profile, focused on results and continuous improvement. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team, ensuring achievement of goals and performance standards. * Plan, organize, and supervise daily operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of processes. * Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose corrective action plans. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental procedures and regulations. * Manage available resources (human, material, and equipment) in an optimized manner. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes, implementing actions for optimization and cost reduction. * Manage conflicts and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. * Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management. * Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment. #### **Responsibilities and duties:** * Ensure store operational standards; * Guarantee sector organization and equipment maintenance; * Manage promoter schedules at the store; * Ensure food safety in all sectors. #### **We are looking for candidates who have (Mandatory):** * Completed high school education. * Be 18 years of age or older. * Prior experience in this role. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, afternoon/night shift.
