




Assist in processes related to Health Promotion and Disease Prevention programs, as well as administrative routines of the department, with a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide telephone and in-person customer service; * Organize patient registration data in the service management spreadsheet; * Schedule home visits for clients enrolled in the "Lado a Lado" Program, conducted by healthcare professionals, following chronological order of appointments; * Contact clients by phone to schedule home visits and record relevant visit information in the management spreadsheet; * Support the Home Care team in telephone customer service; * Schedule patient transfers upon request from the team; * Conduct social assessments under the supervision of the department’s Social Worker; * Accompany the department’s Social Worker during home visits; * Maintain attendance records for program participants; * Organize documents related to patients’ medical records; * Verify in the TOTVS system whether the health plan of clients served by the "Lado a Lado" Program meets eligibility criteria (prepaid and without exclusions); * Create appointment schedules containing information specific to home visits, after emailing these schedules to the professionals responsible for the services; * Process authorizations for "Lado a Lado" Program service forms in the TOTVS system; * Provide reception customer service under team supervision; * Complete documents (Heel Prick Test filter paper, Heel Prick Test protocol, correspondence notebook, and service forms) associated with the "Bebê Unimed" Program; * Schedule and confirm appointments for clients seen by the physician in the "Lado a Lado" Program; * Record results of NAIS customer satisfaction surveys in the spreadsheet; * Assist in processes related to Health Promotion and Disease Prevention programs, as well as administrative routines of the department, with a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction; * Organize departmental documents and files; * Support the reception team in face-to-face customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Administration program, from the 2nd year onward. * Excel knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM / Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM * **Work location:** NAIS (Av.
