Main Responsibilities: Respond to customers from online advertisements via WhatsApp Business; reply to and send messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses; welcome customers in-store; complete sales and process payments for contracted services; maintain an organized and functional workplace. Desired Profile: We seek professionals with strong communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to interact effectively with the public—preferably with experience in service sales and consultative service. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, automotive aesthetics, dealerships, automotive centers, PPF (Paint Protection Film), or premium services sectors; experience in consultative service, including understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and converting interactions into sales; proven track record of meeting targets; proficiency in WhatsApp Business, CRM, and daily follow-up practices until sale closure. Preferred Requirements: Experience with high-value-added services such as paint protection film (PPF), glass coating, automotive detailing, premium window films, service packages or subscriptions; ability to create simple content (audio, photos, videos) to document processes and outcomes, supporting commercial service; knowledge of consultative sales techniques (e.g., SPIN, rapport, anchoring, closing); ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively explain technical benefits related to automotive aesthetics. Expected Skills: Preparing proposals, packages, quotations, and value comparisons; strong written communication for digital service; organizational skills for managing schedules, client history, and follow-ups; ease using digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, CRM (HubSpot, Notion or similar), spreadsheets, and Instagram (DMs and material sharing with leads); ability to naturally record explanatory videos when needed to clarify services and processes.
