Job Summary: Inventory Verification and Control Analyst responsible for verifying product compliance, recording data, and organizing inventory to ensure record accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in document and physical item verification. 2. Management and organization of inventory using modern systems. 3. Responsibility for product dispatch and labeling. * **Document Verification:** Analyzes invoices, bills of lading, and other documents to verify compliance with products. * **Physical Verification:** Compares received or outgoing items against documents, checking quantity, type, and integrity. * **Inventory Control:** Conducts stock counts, organizes products in correct locations, and ensures record accuracy using systems and barcode/QR code scanners. * **Data Entry and Recording:** Enters inbound and outbound data into the company system, generates reports, and maintains inventory control. * **Dispatch:** Verifies products dispatched for delivery to ensure they match the customer order. * **Labeling:** Labels new products. * Delivery Note: Records delivery notes for dispatched deliveries.
