**Detailed description:** · Daily patrols various store areas to check the need to restock products on shelves (“gondolas”) due to stockouts, expiration dates, defects or poor presentation; also checks the presence and condition of pricing labels and tags to ensure proper customer visibility, arranging for their replacement if necessary. · Lists the products to be restocked (type, brand and quantity) and forwards the list to the Warehouse for picking and availability. · Restocks products onto the “gondolas”: transports boxes, bags and crates to the replenishment area, opens packaging and arranges products, ensuring good presentation, compliance with the area’s layout, product rotation and customer accessibility. Removes packaging waste for disposal. · When assigned to the FLV section—and in some stores—weighs and prices fresh produce selected by customers and releases items for checkout at the Cashier. · Maintains order and cleanliness in the work area (“gondolas”, aisles, etc.), removing trash and debris; also observes safety procedures when operating equipment and ensures appropriate use of PPE. May occasionally assist in receiving and storing incoming goods for the Warehouse. May perform restocking and customer service duties at store counters (e.g., Bakery and Deli), and may even be responsible for store opening or closing. Performs other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor.
