If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for **Contract and Leasing Analyst**—we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze real estate lease agreements and amendments, identifying opportunities for renegotiation and cost optimization. * Support and conduct economic analyses related to costs, revenue, and operational feasibility of lease agreements. * Monitor the preparation and submission of notices, statements, requests, and other documents to landlords. * Lead lease negotiations with property owners and responsible parties, adhering to internal margins, policies, and guidelines while ensuring contractual cycle compliance. * Monitor lease renewals, rent adjustments, and eviction proceedings, ensuring control over contractual deadlines, risks, and returns at each stage. * Perform, verify, and monitor financial entries related to real estate leasing, ensuring accurate updating of due dates, adjustments, and amounts paid. * Collaborate closely with internal departments—including Legal, Tax, Finance—and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and process efficiency. * Monitor and apply initial knowledge of the Tax Reform, assessing potential impacts on contracts and departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in contract analysis and management, preferably in real estate or commercial leasing. * Experience in contract renegotiation, cost analysis, and document control. * Familiarity with lease renewal actions, rent adjustment procedures, and leasing-related processes is desirable. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of real estate legislation applicable to commercial leasing. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Daycare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial wellness support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
