Operate machinery such as: excavators, front-end loaders, motor graders, backhoes, crawler tractors, agricultural tractors, and other field equipment, handling controls for gear shifting, traction, steering, excavation, cutting, and lifting, while observing personal and property safety measures to perform excavation, trench digging, grading of roads and yards, and removal of soil, waste, and similar materials. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate field machinery by manipulating gear-shifting and steering controls, adjusting control panels, regulating engines or other mechanisms to position the machine according to work requirements; * Operate crawler machinery such as hydraulic excavators and bulldozers, controlling traction and hydraulic systems while adhering to safety protocols to spread, compact, and cover waste, dig trenches, move soil, waste, and other materials; * Maneuver front-end loaders, backhoes, motor graders, agricultural tractors, and compacting rollers by actuating pedals and levers for control, cutting, lifting, and opening, following safety regulations to excavate trenches, grade roads and yards, compact soils, and perform other related tasks; * Operate chainsaws by actuating levers for cutting, lifting, and soil removal, while observing safety conditions, to execute vertical drainage (PDR), assist in slope maintenance, and carry out general field cleaning; * Maintain machinery in good working condition by lubricating moving parts and topping up oil, water, and/or fuel levels; * Report needs for repair or replacement of parts upon detecting any abnormal operation; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions within internal or third-party teams, reporting them and/or taking preventive actions per institutional instructions received; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity as directed by supervisors. * Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thereby contributing to the implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing the IMS; * Participate in internal events/campaigns/training programs related to the IMS. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Elementary education – 4th grade.
