




Responsible for assisting in the receipt, inspection, organization, and control of products, checking invoices, and ensuring inventory accuracy and the proper movement of items necessary for the production and distribution of bakery products. * Assist in receiving goods, checking invoices and product specifications; * Physically organize materials and finished products in the warehouse according to expiration criteria (FIFO), batch, and turnover; * Pick and release loads with bread for delivery routes; * Control product entries and exits, updating records in internal systems; * Support periodic and rotating inventory counts; * Ensure the preservation, cleanliness, and identification of stored materials; * Move and transport loads using carts; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures; * Pick orders for shipment; * Load and unload vehicles; * Invoice shipping notes and orders in the ERP system.
