Our scooter, bike, and power bank stations are already present in **+25 cities** — and we want to grow together with you! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Lead the logistics team * 80% fieldwork * Organize and optimize scooter transportation and charging * Develop solutions to improve performance and reduce costs * Roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed * Monitor KPIs and generate data-driven insights * Collaborate with other teams to align operations. **What We’re Looking For:** ️ 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations (**field-based**) ️ 1+ year of leadership experience ️ Strategic mindset + hands-on approach ️ Strong interpersonal, process-oriented, and pressure-management skills ️ Experience in micromobility is a plus ️ Valid driver’s license (no point deductions!) ⸻ **Love challenges?
