An environment that values innovation and technology Lead operational teams—from waste receipt and weighing to disposal or processing—as well as implementation activities, guiding work according to established standards, reporting incidents or non-conformities, taking actions per higher-level instructions, and adhering to SGI procedures to support the smooth flow of operational work at landfills. **Responsibilities and Duties** Workplace: Industrial Operations * Direct waste receipt teams, ensuring proper identification of waste types and disposal conditions based on supervisor instructions before commencing work; * Guide teams in loading, classification, and unloading of raw or processed waste onto transport vehicles, paying attention to leachate drainage and other relevant requirements; provide internal instructions to both employees and third-party contractors; emphasize safety conditions and proper use of PPE to enable appropriate handling of liquid, solid, and gaseous waste to/from landfill, processing, or treatment sites; * Conduct and/or execute waste separation, sorting, treatment, leachate management, material movement, landfilling, drainage, sedimentation, measurement, incineration, mixing, grinding, and other industrial waste operations, strictly observing and enforcing SGI procedures to fulfill scheduled processing targets; * Guide and/or construct vertical drainage wells (PDRs) using stone boundaries, pipes, and other materials, connecting PDRs to facilitate gas and/or leachate evaporation; * Cover deposited waste areas, directing transport vehicles using landfilling techniques and machinery operations, monitoring and supervising waste movement and compaction to complete tasks; * Monitor rainfall impact on landfills, responding promptly and safely to prevent vector proliferation (e.g., flies, vultures), increased leachate generation, and other risks to human health; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma.
