Work with a pioneer company in waste valorization Lead operational teams—from waste reception and weighing through to disposal or processing—as well as implementation operations, guiding work according to established standards, reporting incidents or non-conformities, taking actions per higher-level instructions, and adhering to SGI procedures to support the smooth flow of operational activities at landfills. **Responsibilities and Duties** Workplace: Industrial Operations * Direct waste reception teams, verifying types and conditions of waste disposal based on supervisor instructions to commence operations; * Guide teams during loading, classification, and unloading of raw or processed waste onto transport vehicles, paying attention to leachate drainage and other relevant requirements, providing internal instructions and guidance to third-party personnel, ensuring safety conditions and proper use of PPE to enable appropriate handling of liquid, solid, and gaseous waste to/from landfill sites, processing facilities, or treatment plants; * Conduct and/or execute waste separation, sorting, treatment, leachate management, movement, landfilling, drainage, sedimentation, measurement, incineration, mixing, grinding, and other industrial waste operations, observing and enforcing SGI procedures to achieve scheduled processing objectives; * Guide and/or construct vertical drainage wells (PDRs) using stone contours, pipes, and other materials, connecting PDRs to facilitate gas and/or leachate evaporation; * Perform coverings over deposited waste areas, directing transport vehicles using landfilling techniques and machinery operations, monitoring and overseeing waste movement and settling to complete operations; * Monitor rainfall impacts on landfills, acting promptly and safely to prevent vector proliferation (e.g., flies, vultures), increased leachate generation, and other hazards to human health; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma.
