Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju/SE** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre\-defined agendas and understanding needs expressed by attendees; * Schedule community meetings and attend them, preparing pre\-defined agendas and understanding needs expressed by attendees; * Assist with complaints and requests from neighborhood associations; * Verify applications for inclusion in the social tariff program; * Support preparation of periodic activity reports, maintaining accessible indicators and visibility for the area as needed; * Support events by contributing to logistics before, during, and after, ensuring proper scheduling on event day (e.g., meetings with association presidents, neighborhood visits); * Schedule meetings with residents, schools, and communities as needed, listening actively and proposing solutions aligned with the company’s activities; * Drive company vehicles to perform external tasks, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, compliance with traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. * Adhere to internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, aiming for continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Higher education in humanities preferred; * Driver’s license category B; * Strong communication skills.
