Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the Administrative, Information Technology, Fleet, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, aligning with the Business Plan (BP), applicable legislation, internal policies, and meeting the requirements of the Operations Directorate; * Coordinate and monitor client meetings, performance metrics, and action plans related to support team areas, ensuring necessary operational support; * Monitor and manage the area's KPIs (performance indicators), proposing solutions and improvements based on reported results; * Promote integration between support areas and operations; monitor and manage the budget according to established business plans, targets, and deadlines; and track the action plan to meet the forecasted budget; * Support senior management in governance practices, associating organizational structure enhancement and improved operational dynamics to increase operational efficiency, reduce risks, improve departmental operational performance, and ultimately enhance market evaluation—targeting growth and shareholder return; * Support senior management in safeguarding the company’s image in the market through sound practices and appropriate regional communication planning; * Coordinate with relevant areas to fulfill contractual performance indicators and commitments made to clients, while protecting the company from contractual liabilities; * Conduct operational performance diagnostics (budgeted vs. actual) and report findings to the Holding Company, tracking forecasts and trends; * Disseminate business guidance across the direct team and ensure communication alignment from strategy to execution and integration with the operational technical area; * Coordinate the area(s) under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and human resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree; * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI; * Experience and training in process structuring and KPI development (performance indicators) for administrative areas—preferred.
