Electrical testing on yard equipment **Join CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** **O&M Technician II** Work Location: Candiota Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Transmissão – A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Technical course completed in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics or Mechanics; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate); * Knowledge of transmission and subtransmission substations is required; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical control and power circuits is required; * Knowledge of high-voltage substation equipment is required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; * Availability for business travel is required; * Availability for working at heights is required; * Driver's license category D or E is desirable; * SAP knowledge is desirable **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance activities scheduled in the maintenance plan for transmission system equipment, according to Maintenance Engineering directives, as well as carry out low- and medium-complexity corrective maintenance on substation equipment; * Perform high-complexity corrective maintenance on substations, including work on energized equipment (live-line) using contact, distance, or potential methods, under supervision of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer; * Execute, assist with, and supervise commissioning activities (Factory Acceptance Tests – FATs and Site Acceptance Tests – SATs) for equipment and panels of new projects, reinforcements, and improvements to the National Interconnected System (SIN); * Conduct inspections on transmission lines, equipment, and facilities, documenting any anomalies found; * Develop substation improvement projects under guidance from a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer; * Perform electrical tests on yard equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, and others; * Schedule execution of activities outlined in the maintenance plan, controlling materials and supplies, as well as preparing detailed technical reports and proposing improvements; * Perform switching operations in substations upon request from the Transmission Operations Center (COT); operate locally assisted substations; operate tele-assisted substations during contingency situations or supervisory failures. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid, the world’s largest electric power company, strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electricity sector.
