Check if this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and coordinate activities of technical teams responsible for constructing substations and transmission lines up to 138kV; * Ensure construction schedules are met by monitoring work progress and guaranteeing the technical quality of execution; * Plan field activities efficiently allocating resources, teams, and materials; * Support and accompany technicians during inspection, installation, commissioning, and testing of high-voltage equipment; * Ensure compliance of work with project technical specifications, regulatory standards, and established quality requirements; * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site, making quick decisions to ensure continuity of construction; * Participate in construction progress meetings, providing detailed reports and updates to the project management team; * Coordinate logistics for equipment and materials, ensuring timely availability for smooth operations; * Promote strict adherence to occupational safety regulations (NR-10, NR-35) among teams, conducting training sessions and periodic inspections; * Prepare technical and managerial reports on construction progress, highlighting critical issues, solutions implemented, and execution status. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields, with active registration at CREA; * Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience supervising teams in substation and transmission line construction projects up to 138kV; * In-depth technical knowledge of high-voltage systems, protection and control equipment, and transmission line construction processes; * Experience in team leadership and management, with ability to delegate tasks and monitor employee performance; * Ability to interpret electrical designs, single-line and multi-line diagrams, as well as technical specifications of materials and equipment; * Solid understanding of applicable regulatory and technical standards such as ABNT, NBR, and ANEEL regulations; * Experience with occupational safety practices specific to high-voltage environments (NR-10, NR-35); * Availability for travel and extended stays in remote areas according to project needs. **Additional information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
