Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor energy efficiency projects from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with PROPEE guidelines; * Conduct or support energy audits and monitor consumption and energy performance indicators; * Analyze and validate technical and financial project documentation, ensuring expense eligibility per ANEEL regulations; * Manage expense allocation, as well as physical and financial project schedules, identifying deviations and regulatory risks; * Organize and maintain project supporting documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance for audits and inspections; * Prepare technical and financial monitoring reports indicating status, risks, and corrective actions; * Support public project tender processes, procurement activities, and technical evaluations by business units, as well as advise public and private clients on participation in public tenders (CPPs); * Contribute to preparing information and documents to meet ANEEL requirements; * Represent the department in technical meetings, institutional events, and public presentations related to energy efficiency projects and sociocultural/socioenvironmental initiatives supported by the company; * Participate in defining project scope and support procurement and supplier management processes for service execution; * Lead and monitor sociocultural/socioenvironmental projects supported by the Group and UNID—from initial requests for sponsorship/support through final implementation; * Lead special scenic lighting projects supported by UNID, interfacing with public authorities and suppliers; * Contribute to and participate in customer satisfaction research initiatives, as well as internal and external actions and events reinforcing the distributor’s image/reputation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you’ll need to provide:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; Control and Automation Engineering; or related fields; * Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in energy efficiency preferred; * Experience in project management, including physical and financial monitoring; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); * Willingness to travel. **Strong differentiators include:** * English language proficiency; * Postgraduate degree in Energy Efficiency, Project Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with ANEEL’s Energy Efficiency Program (PROPEE) procedures; * Knowledge of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP); * Familiarity with ANEEL’s Measurement and Verification Guide; * Knowledge of Law No. 9,991/2000 and associated regulations; * Basic understanding of budgetary control, accounting classification (CAPEX/OPEX), and document management. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
