If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze productivity, conversion, and performance indicators for brokers and SDRs * Identify gaps and improvement opportunities * Structure individual development plans * Support commercial training and capacity-building initiatives * Contribute to the evolution of House processes, materials, and playbooks * Support defining profiles, hiring, and onboarding of new team members * Monitor the ramp-up of new employees * Collaborate closely with Sales Management, House Coordination, and SDR Supervision * Experience in commercial team development, performance management, training, sales enablement, or commercial management * Real estate market experience is a plus **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields and experience in commercial team development * Knowledge of performance indicators, sales funnels, and conversion metrics * Proficiency in CRM and data management/analysis tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI) * Experience in training, onboarding, playbooks, and sales enablement * Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, organizational ability, and influence capability * Preferred: Real estate market experience and sales certifications/methodologies (SPIN, BANT, Predictable Revenue) **Additional Information** * Health insurance: SulAmérica and Hapvida * Dental insurance \- Hapvida, SulAmérica, and Oral Santa Helena * Life insurance \- MetLife * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Totalpass * Birthday day off * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property * Profit-sharing program On our journey, we dream big and constantly strive for more.
