Development of sales and organizational skills Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Age between 15 and 18 years; * Availability to attend the theoretical training course at Senac or Renapsi, as part of the Apprenticeship Program, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; * Availability to perform practical training at the iPlace RioMar Shopping store, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; * Possession of a Digital Work Card; * For persons with disabilities (PwD), no minimum educational requirement or age limit applies. * Customer service; * Assist in pre\-sale, sale, and after\-sale stages for products and services; * Provide and receive information regarding iPlace products and services; * Verify invoices, payment statements, and bank slips; * Register, consult, and update data using available systems and technological tools; * Update and perform customer registrations; * List, request, and receive merchandise; * Assist in organizing the store's inventory; * Restock merchandise at point-of-sale locations; * Check price change lists and promotional items. 2511120202181862171
