Analysis of economic and financial data **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage the accounting and tax structure of the holding company and its subsidiaries. Align optimal monitoring and control formats with tax and fiscal management. Develop the optimal chart of accounts structure, system configurations, and reporting frameworks. Coordinate the preparation and execution of the company's strategic financial planning, ensuring achievement of established objectives and targets; coordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects, developing scenarios and simulations, and identifying alternatives that maximize margins and minimize cash exposure; update and monitor the implementation of approved feasibility studies, ensuring achievement of established objectives and targets. Assess the need for third-party funding to meet cash flow requirements. Analyze reports, information, data, dashboards, and economic, financial, and accounting statements—both from SPEs and the holding company, as well as from other companies in the same market segment—to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key economic, macroeconomic, and real estate sector indicators to support analysis and decision-making. Manage strategic, tactical, and operational performance goals and indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. Postgraduate studies in auditing and controller functions preferred. Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
