Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify customer needs through in-person or remote communication channels, clarify doubts, resolve issues of varying complexity, provide accurate guidance to customers, and support business continuity; * Open and close service requests for customer support via Service Orders (SO), and process SO closures for suspended connection inspections, ensuring necessary services remain updated; * Assess feasibility of requested services by analyzing existing bills, approving or requesting approval for service delivery as needed; * Call, receive calls from, advise, and negotiate with customers and collection agents, including negotiating debt settlement options per pre-established company rules; * Receive and forward extrajudicial notices to customers as required, recording necessary information; * Receive and forward correspondence and documents, organize, archive, type, and update various documents related to the area; * Support updating contact information in the Customer Portfolio and/or Public Agencies database; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, adhering to traffic safety regulations and established norms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Preferred: Basic Microsoft Office package; * Strong communication skills; * Negotiation ability; * Knowledge of sanitation—preferred.
