




**Senior Sales Enablement Analyst** ============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description This person will be responsible for enhancing the performance of TOTVS’s sales team through the structuring of processes, training programs, content, tools, and data intelligence. The role involves funnel analysis, lead quality assessment, conversion rate tracking, and feedback to sales teams. Additionally, this person will ensure that the team has the necessary resources, scripts, playbooks, outreach approaches, and training to achieve its goals, while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop and deliver training programs for TOTVS’s sales team, enabling employees to adopt a more consultative and effective approach; * Create strategic materials to support sales executives in consultative outreach and selling, aiming to boost conversions; * Conduct training for the commercial team to help develop skills in generating sales opportunities; * Increase conversion rates by identifying improvement opportunities in commercial outreach and internal processes; * Optimize the sales team’s routines to improve efficiency; * Recommend, support the selection of, and implement tools for opportunity generation, prospecting, sales engagement, selling, etc.; * Continuously improve the sales funnel, ensuring leads are properly qualified and progress through the pipeline more efficiently; * Implement technologies to optimize team productivity, ensuring all tools are used strategically. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in training and developing sales executive teams; * Experience in B2B consultative sales; * Experience implementing and managing sales team tools; * Knowledge of sales engagement tools; * Understanding of the sales funnel; * Data analysis and performance metric evaluation skills; * Strong communication, influence, and ability to engage and develop teams.
