Your role will be to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS to meet technical and business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of cloud environments. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as process efficiency, delivery quality, applied innovation, cloud cost management, cloud service optimization, development and maintenance of core engineering products, quality and implementation—helping Caf grow securely, autonomously, and excellently. ### **What You’ll Do** * Architecture and Design: Design and implement resilient and scalable architectures on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. * FinOps Culture: Analyze cloud costs, establish budgets, and implement tagging strategies to ensure every cent invested aligns with business objectives. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain automated infrastructure modules using Terraform or AWS CDK, ensuring standardized environments. * CI/CD Efficiency: Optimize and maintain our deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline) to reduce time-to-delivery and increase release reliability. * Observability: Configure advanced monitoring dashboards and alerts in CloudWatch to detect any performance anomaly before it impacts the customer. * Security and Networking: Manage the network layer (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups) following security best practices to protect sensitive identity data and prevent fraud. * Technical Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Development and Operations teams, helping disseminate DevOps culture and cloud best practices across Caf. ### **What You Need to Bring** * Basic AWS experience * + Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). + Networking Skills: Understand VPC, subnet, security group, and load balancer configurations. + Monitoring and Logging: Use CloudWatch and CloudTrail for performance monitoring and event logging. * Pipeline Development * + CI/CD Implementation: Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions. + Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement infrastructure provisioning using tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform. + Automation: Automate deployment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. * FinOps (Financial Operations) * + Cost Management: Monitor and optimize AWS costs using tools such as AWS Cost Explorer and Budgets. + Budgeting: Collaborate with teams to establish and manage budgets for cloud services. + Cost Allocation: Implement tagging strategies to track and allocate cloud costs to specific projects or departments. * Collaboration and Communication * + Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure best practices are followed. + Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and pipelines. * Growth mindset, collaboration, and accountability. ### **More About You** * You value diversity, inclusion, and respect. * You are proactive, enjoy learning quickly, and aren’t afraid of challenges. * You balance execution with strategic thinking. * You share our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Responsibility, People First, and Execution Focus. * Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business (focused on ensuring customer success). **What We Offer** At Caf, we believe work goes beyond the job function—it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where everyone has room to grow.
