Join our team and become a Med Member **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide individual or group social services; Conduct interdisciplinary and multiprofessional individual follow-up for active and on-leave employees; Deliver shared services in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; Identify social aspects involved in labor relations and organizational work processes, and their impact on performance, workers’ health, and adaptation to special working conditions; Assess employee eligibility for specific Health programs and/or need for referral to external specialists; Attend to and monitor employees on leave due to illness or accident, aiming to evaluate social factors affecting health status, define intervention strategies, and make appropriate referrals; Advise leadership, management, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety (SMS), and other members of the Health Service regarding social demands related to the world of work and matters within their competence; Systematize and issue reports, technical opinions, and studies related to demands and topics within their scope; Conduct home, hospital, and institutional visits as required; Develop materials, deliver lectures, and engage in educational activities on occupational health topics, targeting leadership, the workforce, and health/Human Resources professionals; Record information and services in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Perform other duties described in Law No. 8\.662/93 and its amendments, as well as applicable regulations issued by the Federal Council of Social Service (CFESS), Regional Councils of Social Service (CRESS), Regulatory Standards of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Service, with a certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Be duly registered with the Regional Council of Social Service (CRESS) in the respective locality where practicing. Postgraduate qualification (desirable) in Occupational Health and/or Mental Health and/or Quality of Life and/or Chemical Dependency, recognized by the MEC. Proven knowledge and/or experience applying occupational health service concepts within organizations and/or working in multidisciplinary teams delivering health services. Training in Biosafety or NR32\. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras. More than 6 (six) years of experience in clinical or occupational psychology.
