Ensure conservation of resources and maintain workplace organization We are looking for a **Field Service Operator** to execute field "Service Orders" (SO), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** Responsibilities and Duties: * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Drive the company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management Department, ensuring its proper functioning; * Implement workplace safety procedures, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service orders (SO), including installation, repair, address change, and other services, in accordance with the company's defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Be responsible for the conservation, maintenance, proper usage, and safekeeping of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Valid Class "B" driver's license. **Preferred qualifications:** * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media — twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Familiarity with router and signal repeater configuration; * Customer service techniques.
