Our culture values leadership, customer focus and results orientation. **What we're looking for:** We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and motivating Sales Coordinator who is passionate about direct sales and capable of leading, engaging and developing teams to achieve sales targets. **Your responsibilities:** * Lead and inspire Store Managers' team; * Analyze customer portfolio to define actions for reactivating inactive customers, acquiring new customers and better utilization of the current portfolio; * Ensure execution of sales and marketing strategies; * Increase sales volume by analyzing market trends, customers and product assortment; * Visit stores to evaluate processes, results and identify opportunities and market potential in the regions; * Ensure compliance with store checklist (window display, beehive organization); * Analyze store performance and create action plans to achieve sales targets; * Develop relationships with our retailers (customers); * Analyze sales, market and competition reports; * Train and develop the team so each member reaches their potential and exceeds goals; * Collaborate with HR in the selection process and conduct candidate interviews; * Be close to the team, providing support, motivation and celebrating achievements. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in progress or completed: Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields; Solid experience in direct sales and team leadership; Strong results orientation and ability to analyze performance indicators; Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus; Willingness to travel; Proactive attitude, able to face challenges and find creative solutions. ### **BENEFITS** Health and dental plan by adhesion; Meal allowance; Birthday day off; Life insurance and funeral assistance; Total Pass; Pharmacy discounts; Bem Gestar Program - Pregnancy monitoring + maternity kit Discounts on Diamantes products. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
