Comprehensive analysis of HR department processes **Description:** CLT OPPORTUNITY FOR HR DEPARTMENT ANALYST AT A CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Execute and analyze all HR department processes; in-depth knowledge of the following is essential: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, termination procedures, leave management, e-Social, Digital FGTS, DCTFWeb, and other related HR routines. **Requirements:** * Experience in HR department routines: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, termination procedures, leave management, e-Social, Digital FGTS, DCTFWeb, and other related HR routines. * Proficiency with technologies and their updates: emphasis on Excel, payroll software, and other sector-specific platforms, such as benefits platforms (meal vouchers: Sodexo, Banese, iFood, etc.) and transportation vouchers. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance: 4 vouchers per day; Dental plan; Meal allowance: R$200.00. **Salary:** R$1,800.00 **Working Hours:** 08:00 \- 17:00 Lunch break: 12:00 to 13:00 **Workdays:** Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
