If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise Facilities service contracts, ensuring compliance with scopes, deadlines, service levels, and contractual obligations. * Manage contracts for maintenance, cleaning, conservation, asset security, pest control, landscaping, and other outsourced services. * Analyze contract validity periods, adjustments, renewals, and procurement processes for new suppliers. * Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, ensuring service quality. * Serve as the primary contact point for internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt and effective responses to unit-related requests. * Manage fixed funds for units in Aracaju, Salvador, and Maceió, ensuring financial control, accountability, and compliance with internal policies. * Control and monitor the Facilities department budget, promoting efficient resource utilization and achievement of budgetary targets. * Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of Facilities services at Stanza’s new headquarters. * Monitor execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for facilities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to Facilities services. * Prepare management reports and track departmental KPIs, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Interface with internal departments and suppliers to ensure service continuity and excellence. * Use corporate systems such as **Sienge, Pipefy, Paytrack, and Uber Corporate** to manage departmental processes. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve employee experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience in Facilities management, contract management, and supplier management. * Experience in budgetary control and cost management. * Knowledge of building maintenance and outsourced services. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with systems such as Sienge, Pipefy, and Paytrack is a plus. * Willingness to travel when required. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- SulAmérica and Hapvida; * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Birthday Leave; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit Sharing.
