**Description:** CLT/PJ OPPORTUNITY FOR CHEF AT A FRANCHISE RESTAURANT IN JARDINS SHOPPING CENTER IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Prepare meals according to nutritional standards, ensuring quality, aroma, flavor, and presentation; Inspect and supervise the cleaning of equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas; Assist in requisitioning necessary materials and ingredients; Manage costs and minimize waste; Coordinate the kitchen team and resolve operational issues; Develop, update, and execute the restaurant’s menu; Supervise inventory and stock management processes; Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. For units offering delivery: ensure the kitchen correctly follows the operational checklist, reducing errors and complaints, and contributing to positive platform reviews. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Gastronomy (preferred). * Previous experience as a chef or in related roles. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and dish presentation. * Familiarity with inventory management and control, menu planning and execution, delivery processes, and operational checklists. * Availability for a 20-day training trip to São Paulo, fully funded by the company. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Commission; On-site meals. **Salary:** R$3500.00 to R$5000.00 **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift (morning/afternoon/night), depending on the schedule.
