We are looking for a competent Account Executive to identify business opportunities and manage client relationships. You will be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our partner base. The ideal candidate must have extensive commercial experience. We expect you to be a trustworthy professional capable of balancing customer orientation with revenue generation. The goal is to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term, profitable relationships built on trust and mutual satisfaction. Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:00 Work Mode: 100% On-site Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying a client to closing the deal; * Generate new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships; * Present services to potential clients, analyze consumer needs, and develop innovative solutions; * Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer loyalty; * Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction; * Develop and execute strategic plans, as well as reliable forecasts; * Consistently achieve business objectives and revenue targets as defined in your plan. Requirements for Commercial / Consultative Sales Area: * Prior experience in consultative or B2B sales: Experience across the full sales cycle, from lead to closing. * Negotiation and persuasion skills: Ability to present solutions aligned with customer pain points. * Excellent verbal and written communication: To clearly and persuasively present services. * Goal- and results-oriented: Focused on achieving KPIs, revenue forecasts, and sustainable growth. * Analytical and problem-solving skills: Essential for handling complaints and proposing effective solutions. * Knowledge of CRM and sales tools: Proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. * Strategic planning: Developing commercial actions based on data and projections. * Personal vehicle.
