Dynamic environment with opportunities to interact with technologies **What We’re Looking For:** Senior Network and Security Analyst to act as the client’s technical lead, managing network operations and projects with a strong emphasis on Information Security. The professional must ensure high availability, resilience, integrity, and security of environments, working autonomously, analytically, and collaboratively. **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as a Network and Security Analyst responsible for operating, maintaining, and executing projects involving: Proxy (Skyhigh), Cisco Secure Workload (Tetration), Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, VPN Client-to-Site (Cisco Firepower and ASA). * Participate in meetings to understand, define, and align security requirements and deliverables related to the solutions mentioned above. * Develop planning and scheduling for Network and Information Security projects. * Oversee project implementations with vendors, ensuring quality during installation, configuration, and integration phases — including availability for maintenance windows outside regular business hours and on weekends. * Lead Change Request (RDM) processes for interventions in production environments and security policies. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in configuration, monitoring, and security of the solutions. * Create and update technical documentation: logical topologies, flow diagrams, operational documentation (MPI), materials supporting monitoring and incident response (NOC/SOC). * Monitor the operational status of security solutions, engaging infrastructure support teams when necessary. **Requirements:** * Cisco Firepower and ASA: configuration, management, and troubleshooting (NAT, security policies, Client-to-Site and Site-to-Site VPN); * Cisco ISE: authentication (802.1x, TACACS+, posture), authorization, segmentation (SGTs), BYOD, and integrations; * Proxy (Skyhigh/McAfee Web Gateway): filtering policies, application control, DLP, and SSL inspection; * Cisco Secure Workload (Tetration): configuration and management of micro-segmentation policies in data centers and cloud; * Traffic flow analysis and anomaly detection; * Cisco Umbrella: DNS policies, threat protection, and reporting; * Knowledge of ITIL (especially Change, Problem, and Incident Management); * Knowledge of Kanban (JIRA); * Intermediate English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, and security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS); * Scripting (Python, PowerShell) for security and infrastructure automation. **Location:** Campos Elíseos, São Paulo/SP **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not?—the world.
