Focus on service standards and team integration Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (1 fixed weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month) We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership skills, strong floor presence, and a results-oriented mindset. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational organization, achieving targets, maintaining service standards, and fostering integration among dining room, kitchen, and bar teams, acting as the shift supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Lead the service team, organize opening and closing routines, monitor sales targets and key performance indicators, train and develop staff, manage scheduling, and ensure quality and service standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with substantial relevant experience). Proven experience in operational leadership within a restaurant setting. Flexible availability. Working Hours: Morning: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM (mandatory presence during lunch rush). Afternoon break. Evening: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM (dining room closing). Kitchen closes at 11:30 PM; supervision may be required until operations fully conclude. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of R$ 5\.000,00 \+ monthly bonus. Benefits: On-site meals, optional health insurance plan (by enrollment), birthday day off.
