




As **Pharmacy Manager**, the individual will be responsible for one of our units and will handle routine sales situations as well as team leadership. For this role, the Manager will not be assigned any technical pharmacy responsibilities, as we already have professionals currently fulfilling that function. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the pharmacy’s full operation, ensuring achievement of sales targets, margin, and profitability; * Monitor and analyze daily key performance indicators (KPIs), such as average transaction value, conversion rate, and individual team member performance, among others; * Ensure the team maintains a high standard of customer service, actively evaluating and supporting the sales floor; * Guarantee strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health regulations (ANVISA), and safety standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Commercial Management, or Pharmacy is an advantage); * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in leadership positions; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Compensation** Fixed Salary + Variable Remuneration Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Salary Range: BRL 2,469.00 – BRL 3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance plans and commercial discounts
