




* Responsible for opening and closing the store; * Manage store teams; * Prepare daily reports on sales and team performance; * Ensure that the topping counter, preparation stations, and freezers are always organized and stocked; * Guide staff on service standards; * Monitor customer wait times and intervene when necessary to expedite service; * Resolve any customer complaints or issues; * Provide support in customer service at the Counter and Delivery (Ifood and Wholesale); * Train new employees, ensuring they align with company standards; * Conduct refresher training for employees experiencing difficulties; * Maintain constant communication with the team for operational adjustments and service improvements; * Prepare monthly store schedules; * Ensure that the topping counter, preparation stations, and freezers are always organized and stocked.
