**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Execute the selection process for all store positions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and handling pre-employment procedures (e.g., medical exam scheduling, document verification, system registration), printing employment contracts, and collecting new employees’ signatures;
* Conduct onboarding training and send attendance lists to the Corporate Training department;
* Manage uniform and PPE distribution, placing purchase requests as needed;
* Manage electronic timekeeping records for employees, entering medical certificates, absence justifications, and/or absences with approval from the Store Manager, printing documents, collecting signatures, and archiving them;
* Carry out termination procedures per management guidance, registering data in the system and conducting exit interviews; seeking Legal Department advice in cases of just cause to ensure compliance with current legislation;
* Register personnel movements (e.g., merit awards, transfers, promotions) in the system, monitoring all approval stages before informing the employee;
* Implement internal endomarketing initiatives, such as Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with Management, Children’s Day, etc.;
* Support employees in completing mandatory and behavioral training programs scheduled by Assaí University;
* Monitor and implement health and safety actions in partnership with the SESMT (e.g., updating periodic exams, supporting inspections, etc.);
* Assist in submitting documents/witness referrals to the Legal Department for labor litigation matters.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Minimum Academic Qualification:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
**Experience:** Proven generalist experience in HR and Personnel Department processes, including hiring, terminations, electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, vacations, benefits, and onboarding.
Experience with the ADP system is a plus.
