This growth demands operational excellence, governance, compliance, and continuous focus on efficiency and sustainable value creation. **About the Position** We seek a professional to operate integrally within the Supply Chain, responsible for delivering solutions focused on internal customer service and maximizing company results. The role is anchored on continuously improving system and process efficiency and productivity, with strong adherence to Accountability, Compliance, and Safety values. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply, disseminate, and support implementation of Reliability Engineering, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, process reliability, and cost reduction; * Apply reverse engineering concepts in supplier development, qualification, and continuous improvement; * Analyze system, process, and routine performance, driving reviews and updates of manuals, procedures, and work methods; * Lead strategic category management, defining procurement strategies, contracting models, market analyses, and contract optimization; * Manage port services contracting processes, including strategy definition, negotiation support, contractual execution monitoring, and supplier performance evaluation; * Develop and participate in integrated actions with requesting areas to draft, review, and validate technical scopes, terms of reference, and supply requirements; * Forecast, plan, and manage material and service demand, aligning operational needs with strategic and budgetary planning; * Plan, organize, and deliver technical and operational training, ensuring team capability development and process standardization; * Manage the area’s annual budget, performing financial planning, cost control, variance tracking, and identifying optimization opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related fields). **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Demand forecasting model; * Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering; * Six Sigma and Routine Management (SDCA); * Experience in planning, controlling, and improving contract performance and/or third-party resource management; * Knowledge of market analysis, procurement strategies, and contract management. **Systems** * Power BI – intermediate level. **Languages** Advanced English is desirable, with ability to read and interpret technical English. **Behavioral Competencies** * Safety as a non-negotiable value; * Commitment to results and deliverables, balancing collective and individual interests; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Active communication, with ability to produce written content for diverse audiences and coordinate meetings; * Willingness to travel frequently. **Work Location:** Barra dos Coqueiros – SE.
