Transport personnel and materials **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate lifting machinery and equipment by adjusting controls and activating machine movements; assess the operational conditions of machinery and equipment by interpreting instrument panels, verifying power supply sources, and testing activation controls; prepare the work area for equipment operation and transport personnel and materials using lifting machinery and equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** 80-hour Crane and/or Mini Crane Operator course – Certification – Completed **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance \+ Dental plan \+ 4% discount on purchasing a real estate development.
