Job Summary: Responsible for guiding crane/hoist operators to ensure safe cargo movement, communicating movements, and ensuring workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Crane/hoist operator guidance 2. Communication of movements for safe lifting 3. Ensuring workplace safety **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Guide the crane/hoist operator using specific hand signals or radio communication for cargo movement, controlling load weight and securing conditions (e.g., slings, hooks, and latches); Communicate to the equipment operator which movements to perform, when to start and when to stop, and ensure safe cargo movement to prevent collisions and other accidents; Ensure the work area is clear and safe, and that safety guidelines are followed during lifting operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** 16-hour Crane/Mini-Crane Signaller Course – Certification – Completed **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance \+ Dental plan \+ 4% discount on purchase of a real estate development.
