Communication and safety during operation **CLT Crane Signalman** **Job Description:** Guide the crane/hoist operator using specific hand signals or radio communication devices to move loads, controlling weight and rigging conditions, as well as hook and latch closure; Responsible for communicating to the equipment operator which movements to perform, when to start and when to stop, and ensuring that the load is moved safely, avoiding collisions and other accidents; Ensure the work area is clear and safe, and that safety guidelines are followed during lifting operations. **Requirements:** 16-hour Crane/Mini-Crane Signalman course – Certification – Completed **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance \+ Dental plan \+ 4% discount on purchase of a real estate development. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
