Job Summary:
Execute merchandising activities at points of sale, promoting products, negotiating shelf space, monitoring competition and inventory to increase visibility and sales, while building relationships with retail stores and ensuring brand presence.

Perform merchandising activities at points of sale, including product promotion, use of promotional materials, negotiation of new display spaces, research on competitors’ pricing and actions, verification of inventory levels and stockouts—aiming to enhance product visibility and boost sell-out. Cover the assigned route and build relationships with serviced stores to facilitate execution, proper placement of materials, and ensure brand presence at POS.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct daily visits to points of sale, following the frequency and sequence defined by company/client strategy, aiming to strengthen relationships and increase demand and brand loyalty.
* Implement merchandising actions such as increasing product facings, cleaning shelves, placing promotional materials, and displaying prices to drive sales growth.
* Negotiate with points of sale for placement of merchandising materials, leveraging established customer relationships to improve product visibility and increase sales.
* Activate period-specific merchandising materials, adhering to specified quantities, specifications, and instructions received.
* Plan and optimize visit routes considering store locations and characteristics, aiming to improve productivity and reduce costs.
* Verify compliance with agreements made between the manufacturer and the point of sale (head office), identifying non-conformities in action implementation, organizing products per agreed terms, and ensuring effective ROI on the laboratory’s investment.
* Conduct field research—including pricing, competition, and products—via the visit application to support strategic decision-making.
* Arrange products in designated spaces according to the planogram to ensure proper category positioning.
* Train sales associates and pharmacists on key product features and differentiators to stimulate sales.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
Driver's License: Class B
