Zagonel is a technology-sector company offering innovative solutions for the digital market. **Responsibilities:** Serve as the technical responsible for Occupational Safety programs. Structure, review, and validate legal programs (e.g., PGR, LTCAT, etc.), ensuring compliance with legislation. Develop and implement the OSH strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Manage and guide the Occupational Safety team. Define guidelines for identification, assessment, and control of occupational hazards. Lead root-cause analyses of critical and systemic accidents. Interface with regulatory agencies and external audits. Conduct continuous safety improvement projects (e.g., NR-12 compliance, safe automation, risk reduction). Manage strategic indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership. Support engineering decisions with a safety focus (e.g., layout, processes, machinery procurement). Ensure immediate integration of safety with quality, production, and maintenance. Previous experience as an Occupational Safety Engineer, Industrial Safety Specialist, Safety Consultant, or Risk Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
