(Potential gross monthly income between BRL 3,000.00 and 6,000.00\). **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** High school diploma; Prior experience in administrative or support roles; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Discretion and confidentiality; Organizational and task-prioritization skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Proactivity and autonomy; Proficiency with technology and digital tools (Google Calendar, Canvas, Zoom, Trello, etc.). **Preferred:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** Perform customer pre-service both in-person and online; Schedule meetings; Organize processes; Request documents from customers for contract preparation; Send and request documents from partners; Follow up with partners for solutions or opinions; Monitor project stage progress and construction release status; Follow up on planning; Track tasks completed by Architects and Engineers; Maintain an updated daily and weekly summary of tasks performed; Obtain material price quotations upon technical department request and forward them to customers; Follow up on payment receipts; Forward labor measurement reports received from the engineering department; Issue invoices, send billing notifications, and process payments via system. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) Bonus
