Description

OPPORTUNITY FOR FLOOR SUPERVISOR AT A HOTEL IN ARACAJU **Responsibilities:** Supervise housekeepers and general service staff in the housekeeping department. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards. Release guest rooms after inspection (checking items, amenities, linens, and maintenance status). Control and distribute linens, cleaning supplies, and daily-use materials. Organize and update control spreadsheets (linens, inventory, productivity, blocked rooms, etc.). Enter and maintain up-to-date information in the hotel management system regarding room status, incidents, and maintenance requests. Monitor check-in and check-out processes to ensure prompt room availability. Support the maintenance department in identifying and recording damages or repair needs. Train, guide, and supervise the team on cleaning techniques, professional conduct, and demeanor. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Prepare work schedules and monitor team attendance. Respond to special guest requests, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred). Prior experience as a floor supervisor / housekeeping supervisor in hotels, inns, or corporate hospitality is an advantage. Knowledge of TOTVS systems is an advantage, as is proficiency in spreadsheets and administrative controls.
