




Support fiscal and accounting routines, contributing to the accurate entry of documents, organization of files, assistance in reconciliations, and fulfillment of ancillary obligations, always in compliance with accounting standards and the company’s internal policies. Key responsibilities: - Enter fiscal, accounting, and financial documents into the ERP system; - Assist in the classification and accounting of expenses, revenues, and bank transactions; - Support accounting and bank reconciliations; - Organize and digitize physical and digital documents; - Support the preparation of accounting reports and financial statements; - Monitor and control basic balance sheet accounts (advances, provisions, accounts payable and receivable); - Verify fiscal and accounting documents in accordance with current legislation; - Assist in meeting deadlines and fulfilling ancillary obligations of the accounting/fiscal area. Education: Accounting. Requirements: - Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping; - Basic knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation is a plus; - Basic Excel proficiency.
