




A financial services company is seeking a Support Analyst in Aracaju (Grajeru). **Responsibilities:** Provide internal support for the tools used by operations, managing access, profiles, and clarifying technical questions. Execute and monitor the complete onboarding process for new tools, including access creation, guidance, and checklists. Handle incidents and requests by registering, prioritizing, and tracking them until resolution. Support standardization of support processes, creation of simple documentation, and implementation of continuous improvements. Interface with system vendors and external support teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and timely responses. Monitor daily operations to identify improvement opportunities and prevent recurrence of failures. Provide direct support to Operations and IT teams, ensuring agility and organization in internal processes.
