





As an Onboarding Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting the welcome process and training for new clients, teaching them how to set up and use our omnichannel platform — with a focus on integrations with WhatsApp. Training sessions are conducted online via Google Meet during business hours. Requirements **Experience:** Basic experience or prior exposure in customer service, support, or related areas (can include internships, temporary jobs, or academic activities). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ease in learning and assisting with training sessions. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of or interest in learning about CRM systems, onboarding tools, and support platforms. Ability to identify and help resolve simple issues proactively. Willingness to learn and master the platforms used by the company. Ability to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
